The staff at the hotel are always ready to go above and beyond to help. In an environment where customer service is usually a challenge, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the front desk staff in particular as well as those in the bar on the first floor.
A new hotel that meets all standards. Staff was super friendly and competent. Breakfast could do better and offer more variety, but overall excellent Hotel in Yaounde!

Attentive staff. Food was really good. I often came back late at night and even though restaurant was closing, they were very amendable to provide me with tasty meals. Thank you for the experience.
Arrived late. Person behind the desk wanted to charge me a late fee lol. Never heard of a late fee for checking in a midnight on a prepaid reservation. Then, they added tax to my prepaid Expedia purchase. Never a smile. I think they took advantage of me. I’ll never return again.

Good morning Mr. Kurt,I hope you are doing fine this morning.I'm very sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations and i would like you to please accept our sincere apology.As far as tax is concerned you were not overcharged because the city tax is not included in Expedia prepayment, the guest has to settle it himself.I really hope that you will give us another chance to serve and take care of your next stay as you deserved.
Clean hotel, friendly staff, good food, noisy location, decent rooms, limited lounge facility with few chairs on the reception level. The massive security airport luggage scanner at the entrance is an eyesore.
I would have given this a 10/10. However the suite next to mine had guests singing from 4-6am (I could hear every single word). No toothbrushes provided by housecleaning. You’ll have to request toothbrushes daily from reception (who are always very kind to provide you with those).
Relatively great stay. Hotel is new. Checkin was smooth and staff at the reception desk are always helpful. Only downside is..housekeeping and the mini bar lady. This lady (not house cleaning) knocked on 3 separate days to check the mini bar of my room. Each time she only knocked ONCE, and forced herself into the room. I complained twice about this. I believe the hotel should ask Housekeeping to check the mini bar everyday while cleaning. Rather than have separate staff come in to check the mini bar unannounced.
Good points: location is 10/10
Restaurants on the premises are 10/10

It was very nice to stay in this hotel, I was feeling so safe and relaxed during my stay. The staff was so nice, kind and helpful, always smiling. The rooms were very clean and tidy, maintenance was perfect. The staff in the poll bar-restaurant was amazing. I really want to stay in this hotel again.
