![Beautiful and unpretentious, this winery recently moved their tasting room out of town and into a novel ski-lodge like structure atop one of the foothills south of town. The view is stunning, and the wines are fun and accessible. The same winemaker also works the upmarket Pepper Bridge wines, and Amavi is his outlet to experiment with different grapes, blends and vineyards. In addition to tastings, they'll also pour glasses - in case you just want to hang out on the deck and enjoy the view.
