"This is the only place I will stay when I'm in Sulphur Springs. The owner was the nicest person I have ever meet, he said hello Everytime he saw us always asking if we needed anything. We booked for just 1 night at first and told the owner when we checked in that we would probably rebook in the morning and he saved the room for us and gave us us a ready good rate. So if your in Sulphur Springs and need a place to stay this is your place they go above and beyond for your stay."

"Room has six beds so that was great. Lots of hot water in room. Very close to water and has a ramp to launch. Only drawback was bait shop on property was closed the whole time we were there."

"GREAT value. Clean, comfortable and easy to work with. I arrived after hours on a Sunday. There was a note on the door of the office/store advising my room number and how to access. Since there was not an attendant when I arrived, I wasn't sure if the pool was a part of my package. After reviewing the ameneties, it appears it is, but the pool had a notice requiring some form of ID and I didn't have anything other than a room key, so I didn't swim. But, for a comfortable lakeside fishing escape, I found this to be everything I needed in great shape."
Home on Lake Fork: Patio, Grill & Fire Pit!

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Floors, bathrooms, countertops, etc, were clean. Linens were adequate. Location and parking were excellent. Home itself needs some maintenance. Water flowed non stop from water filtration system in the back. Gutters are full of debris. Shower handle barely hanging on in shared bathroom. Trash drawer needs replaced. Gaps in flooring in kitchen."
Charming Lake Fork Cottage w/ Screened-In Porch!

"My daughter grandkids, and I do a grandma camp out every year. When we look for a place, it has to be reasonably priced and on a lake with the right amount of sleeping space. The facilities were nice and clean. We did flip a breaker switch in the middle of the night or rather like at 12 o’clock at night, but my grandson was able to find the breaker box and take care of it. I felt like the place did not have sufficient cookware that we have had other places that we have had, but my daughter and I love the screen back porch for drinking our coffee in the morning with no one around . The dock was an excellent shape, which the grandkids really love because we could get right up there and jump off to swim. It’s. Not the house fault but we felt that it was too small for eight people when have their adult size. Also not the owner’s fault the fishing did not hold up to what we expected off Lake Fork. This would be a great place for a smaller group if they don’t wanna fish and just wanna hang out. When we first got there, the refrigerator was not very cold and I tried to call the host, but had to go through an organization to get a hold of anybody. I’d like to have direct access to the host which we did not have. We did all agree we would like to have that doc at the house that we had last year and the fishing that we had the year before that hostess fault? No just our preference."

"The house was beautiful and immaculate! My family and I had a fantastic time making memories over the 4th of July holiday weekend. Can't wait to plan another trip to the Stilt House!"

"Clean and neat but dated. AC went out but was addressed and repaired immediately. Excellent follow up from owner. Primary bedroom mattress and ceiling fan need replaced. Game room was spacious and well stocked with games. Pool was nice. Nice setup for large groups who want separate cottages."
