Not all services are available as advertised.

Everything is good except some services are not exactly as advertised. I see that SPA is open till 2:00AM, but not all advertised spa services are available till 2:00AM. Foot Massage services aren't available when I called at 00:12.

Nice located but......

Bathroom not clean. A lot hair from former guests in the shower drain. Water cannot flow away but all around the bathroom. Breakfast is OK for Chinese standard. Booked the Club room to get access to the Lounge. Happy hour from 5:30p.m to 8:30 p.m. During week very crowded. 6:30 p.m. no food, beer and wine available anymore. Club room not worth for money. Asked reception after checkout for bill (even no invoice). Answer: Not available, because i booked and paid already via hotels.com. I shall inquire there. ????????? Staff is mostly friendly and willing to help. The best of this hotel is the location and the view to the sea. I try another one in Yantai next time.

완전 실망.

체크인시 방이 너무 더워 에어컨 점검 요청함. 퇴근후에 방에 선풍기가 놓여있고 여전히 더움. 에어컨 점검 재 요청하니 다른 룸으로 변경 해줬으나 욕실 출입문은 망가져있고 바닥의 못은 튀어 나와있었으며, 샤워실 바닥의 타일은 깨져 있었음... 같이 출장온 다른사람의 방은 욕실 배수가 안되어 방교체 요청후 퇴근했더니 아무런 조치가 없어 재 요청에 방을 바꿔줌. 최소 4성급 호텔에서 있을수 없는 일이라 생각됨. 자주 이용했던 곳이지만, 1~2만원 더 주고 옆에있는 메리어트 호텔로 가는게 나을듯.

전반적으로 만족하합니다.

호텔은 전반적으로 깔끔하고 관리가 잘되어 있습니다. 직원들이 불친절하다는 후기가 있었는데, 직원들 모두 다 아주 친절합니다. 다만 호텔주변에 식당이런게 없습니다. 택시타고 나가셔야해요.. 아 그리고 참고로 연태공항에서 호텔까지 택시비 70~80위안선입니다.

Snow storm night with a good sleep

I did not catch my flight after 8-hour’s drive due to a snow storm. I aarived around midnight and with a speedy check in, I got to my room and had a good night sleep. The reception got me a taxi for the next morning ride to the airport. It was not my first stay at this hotel, and I will for sure come back because I enjoy my stay here.

Comfortable rooms

It’s right next to the beach, so would be pleasant in the summer but not when we visited in November when it’s pretty windy and rainy. There is a supermarket nearby and a noodle restaurant but not much else. There is a gigantic Aeon Mall about 5 mins away by taxi but not walkable during windy season. The hotel room is comfy and overall pleasant stay, except that the staff at the front desk is not that ‘going out of their way to help you’ with very basic service attidude. The Aeon mall was actually found by myself by exploring brochures in the hotel, when the closest mall the staff mentioned was more than 30 minutes ago.

今回の部屋は客室、寝室、バスルームと180度のオーシャンビューで とても素晴らしく快適に過ごす事ができました。 今回の部屋を他のサイトで予約を入れたら高いのですがエクスペディアで予約を入れたら安価で快適な部屋を準備してくれました。

Worst experience and staying !!! Unpleasant front desk attitude. Hot water in bath tub is broken. Room number is 3105. smelly towel. My wife get sick after eating breakfast there.
