"The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with modern appliances and a fresh feel throughout. It was great having two separate lounge areas and a generously sized dining table – perfect for larger groups. However, some practical issues affected our stay. The single beds were too short for taller adults (6ft), and with only 2 toilets – one being in an ensuite – sharing between 10 people wasn’t ideal. "Pros: Great location Cons: Alex Scott & Staff property managers. Overcharged for the stay considerably. Poor systems in place leading to refunds being sent to an incorrect credit card (a different one to the one they charged to). Poor communication and follow up when issue raised. No one on the team could answer my question about the cost of the property per night. The property is very dirty. Unsafe deck, ok if you you don't lean up against the railing. "
