"The apartment was thoughtfully cared for and presented really nice - we did a happy sigh as soon as we walked in. A great spot to be within walking distance to the town and the ocean pool. Having a washing machine and oven were amenities we weren’t expecting to use, but came in so useful and added comfort to our holiday. The parking spot is spacious and off street which is also great. All in all a wonderful stay and would recommend for couples or solo travellers."

"This little flat was perfect for us and our needs. It was well appointed with all the necessary appliances and spaces. We especially enjoyed lying about on the outdoor patio with the fireplace on while it was raining outside … perfect. The second morning the weather was just right to use the outdoor shower too!! We really had a lovely stay and wished we could have stayed longer than two nights."

"The location and views of this apartment are fantastic, however the interior furniture and fittings unfortunately let the property down. My understanding of a 'penthouse' is the epitome of a life filled with luxury, however the furniture is old, torn and outdated. The kitchen had no matching cutlery and crockery - broken glass coffee plunger and only 2 wine glasses. Exposed wiring in the tv, several wall sockets that are broken or give shocks. The bedrooms were not vacuumed properly, fans dusty...

Being extremely hot the air conditioning added to the comfort but with only the balcony to sit outside that would be the only negative as there was no other outdoor space to sit where one might have a bit of a breeze. Accommodation 10 out of 10."

"Great property for a short stay in Yamba, we were a family of 4 and the unit was perfect for us. The loft room is quite small but was perfect for our teenage boy. Super close to Pippi Beach! But about a 10 min walk to Main Street, cafes etc. Would stay here again!"

"Property was well kept. We were given a disabled room. Left the hotel all day still water in the shower, not very pleasant, no induction fan. Restaurant was lovely food was ver nice but over priced. $ 45.00 for a breast of chicken, green left with a small amount of jus. Service was excellent. Would we stay there again probably not. We went to go for a swim and they had a wedding using that area, so we didn’t intrude. A bit awkward for other guests. Would have been better had they told us...
