It was too big for the 2 of us but we did love the space!!! The views are fabulous and its so convenient for the Coastal path and the local shops and restaurants. Mal & Lidyia were great hosts. We had a few minor problems with the villa which Mal fixed immediately. As we mainly eat in, our only comment would be there could be more serving dishes, but we managed fine. We were meet at the property by Lidija who showed us around. I don’t think the Villa pictures do justice for the sea view on the veranda. We only had one small niggle with the description that states this villa is air conditioned. There is no air con as described it was ceiling fans. It was a little hit at night but we managed, not sure I would have in the heat of the summer. The Villa is very close to a superb chiringuito we visited most nights for drinks. This was our first time doing a Villa holiday & tbh I was very apprehensive as we have always done all inclusive. There was no need. We had absolutely everything we could possibly need for a fantastic stay. Within a 7-10 minute stroll you have great variety of restaurants and a few mini markets for all your needs. Although we had a car and could go further into the town where it’s more built up and lively, we chose to eat at the same restaurant four nights as the food was excellent - La Flamenca. Lots of shops, bars etc in town if you so wish. Would 💯 book this villa again. Lots and lots of space and different areas so you never fell like you are in on top of each other which was great for us with grown up children. Excellent communication with Mal, the owner, who always responded by return to my many questions! He met us at the villa. Extremely comfy beds, good showers, plenty of large bath towels. Beach/pool towels available. Heated swimming pool, good quality sun loungers & very comfortable outside furniture, areas with sun & shade. Villa was very well equipped & very clean. Great views to the sea.Small supermarket & a few restaurants about 10/15 minutes walk away. We did a big shop at Dinos in Playa Blanca & the supermarket ordered a taxi for us to get back.We caught the no. 30 bus into Playa Blanca a few times for 1.40\. There is a bus stop near the supermarket but there is one closer. Go out of the main gate, turn right & the first bit of wasteland you come to walk up to the main road, turn right & the bus stop is outside of the Rubicon hotel (I think it's called that?) A taxi back is about 6.20\. You can walk to Playa Blanca along the coast path, about 40 mins, we didnt as too hot!Nice little restaurant by the sea less than 5 minutes walk away. Walk down past Hotel Monika towards the sea & you'll see it. If you carry on walking another 10 mins or so there are more restaurants.The beach is very rocky but there are sunbeds above it on sandy areas. There is a sign that says for hotel guests only but apparently anyone can use them, we did with no problems.Would have no hesitation in highly recommending this villa. We had a fabulous time. Jul 15, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Fabulous family holiday at Lazy Days Villa We enjoyed a wonderful 2 week stay at Lazy Days Villa, our hosts were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Great location for walking out at nights for restaurants and supermarkets. We hired a car for 3 days to tour the island which was fabulous. We were thrilled to join Mal and his group of sea swimmers 🏊‍♂️ for some amazing morning swims in the clear sea, catching glimpses of the beautiful sea life. Back at the well equipped Villa we catered for our own lunches, caught up with the Ashes 🏏 on Sky sport, played table tennis, sunbathed and cooled off in in the pool and generally had a great time. We highly recommend this property and hosts. ##### Mark P.
