"Very good overall. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and there was a nice laundry room. We did not need housekeeping for the first night and put up a "do not disturb" sign, and the hotel even rewarded us with a coupon which we used at the izakaya next to the hotel. Parking lot gets full late at night, so it is recommended to start your day early so you return early to secure a parking space. "Booked this hotel as there was nothing else available in Saitama or at least the area of Saitama I needed to be in. I was HAPPILY surprised by the hotel and it's staff. First there is parking and a decent amount, as I'm a driver this helped a lot. The staff spoke limited English, but more then enough to get checked in. They give complimentary breakfast and beer.... The location is incredible being only steps away from Fukaya station. I will definitely be coming back. "
