スタッフは最悪
フロントの対応が最悪でした。①チェックインで予約の確認がとれない②観光地までの行き方を聞いたら高いツアーを勧められる③早朝タクシーを呼ぶのを依頼したら高い料金のタクシーを呼ばれる、さらにそれにクレームをつけるとタクシーを呼ぶのを拒否される④フロントのスタッフ全員が貧乏ゆすりや舌打ち、ぞんざいな態度など⑤フロントそばに旅行者のスタッフがいて、フロントとの会話に割り込んでくる。こんな不愉快な思いはなかなかしません。一方、設備や部屋は最高でした。

推薦的酒店
房間很大很寬敞,馬桶係全自動,好舒服哈哈,送嘢有機械人送,樓下有免費洗衣烘衣,如果下次去會再住呢間酒店,離主要景點都比較近,鐘樓,回民街都可步行,永興坊遠小小,要1點幾公里

酒店的设施先進亦贴心,但是离开鈡楼,地铁站和回民街有15至20分钟的步行時間。早餐的食物只是一般,咖啡机竟然未开机,开机后亦没有水,告知厨师时他叫我找服务员,但是,服务员卻非常不足,等到07:10才有服务员,叧外,負责煎蛋的師傅态度真是不好,要每个客人排队到他面前才问要什么?他只是在煎蛋,分别只有太阳蛋和熟蛋吧,为何要每个客人站在他面前等?最后,洗手间的电灯开关只能在房间门口使用和三支夜灯是设计有缺点了。
