The Blue House Holiday Home

Upon entering this wonderful holiday home, you are greeted by a lovely hallway which leads to a combined living and dining area. All of which gives onto a lovely sundeck with a good sized pool, the main feature being the stunning unobstructed hill & sea views.

A fully equipped kitchen and a spare bathroom completes the ground floor.

Four ensuite bedrooms three of which (a double and two twin beds) are located on the 1st floor, are all very well furnished. The spacious bedrooms allow you to enjoy the stunning views from the private terraces attached with these bedrooms.

This holiday home accommodates eight persons with ease. A fourth bedroom on the second floor enjoys the largest of the terraces and the best views, reachable only by a spiral staircase (not ideal for people with limited mobility).

The recently added Open Air 4 seater Jacuzzi is located in the top terrace and is also only reachable via the spiral stair case, it may not be ideal for people with limited mobility.

Additional services:

Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.

The bedrooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2.25 per night.

Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.

We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.

Flights to Malta and ferry crossing to our island of Gozo:

Land in Malta International Airport and than ferry crossing to Gozo. We can offer Car Hire and/or Direct Transfers from Airport to property after making the booking by completing our flight arrival and departure details form.

Xaghra is rich in sites of interest of history. It also boasts of unique prehistoric temples, which are the oldest standing structures in the world, and together with the burial grounds found close by, are a magnet for historians and archaeologists from all over the world. Xaghra Basilica in the main square is one of the most rich churches in Malta.
Xaghra main square is one of the most busiest squares on the island. One can find numerous restaurants, bars and cafeterias that serves good food and drinks from morning till late.
It is also within a short distance of the island's main summer resort of Marsalforn, with its excellent swimming spots, restaurants, bars, and bustling summer crowds.

A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:

€ 200 for up to 6 adults and
€ 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool

This amount is needed to cover for the following:

Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear)
Any missing items from the property
Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.

This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.

Please respect your neighbours during holiday with us, may we remind you that any loud noise is not permitted at any time during your stay.

Kindly note that price does not includes Malta Eco Tax, payable by all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over; €0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay.

Not what we expected.
This was not our original choice. Should have looked for different accommodation when the one we booked was taken off the market. ( was not told it had been removed until I asked why the photo's of The View were not available).My wife and daughter spent 2 days cleaning all the floors inside and around the pool area. The barbecue was filthy and took around 2 hours to clean before it could be used. Toilets do not flush properly. NOT GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY.
