5/5 Excellent
"My only problem was the lack of a USB charging point to charge my phone which proved to be a problem on the return train journey since I wasn't able to access the tickets until I had enough charge available. Other than that the beds were comfortable, the room was clean with all the expected facilities and the self service breakfast offered sufficient variety which, as a vegetarian, can sometimes be a problem."

"Lovely experience. No early check-in (was 3pm as stated online). Breakfast was lovely. Room spacious and clean. Toiletries (shampoo. conditioner, shower gel) good quality and were full. Had bath and shower. Can use spa facilities, just need to book at check in. Close to city centre, lots to do, great food finds and shopping! Drive to Trafford centre was 15mins. Parking cost £30 for 24hrs at NCP. Overall would stay again"
