"Rented this house to spend a long weekend in Grand Rapids with some of my friends. It is advertised as being able to sleep 16 - I brought 8 and I don't think it could handle any more than that comfortably, especially with only one shower. But the owner was very nice and communicative and the house itself is pretty well equipped for a fun weekend - especially the basement/back yard. It is close enough to destinations like downtown GR, Holland, Gun Lake casino, etc. that we were able to do a bunch...
