The hosts’ attention to details was excellent- from the welcome basket to the amenities of the cottage. The garden was lovely to relax in after a day of sightseeing. The path to town expertly described by the host directed me on a lovely walk and to a charming town. There were a few road issues and the neighbors were happy to help me navigate them. We received a generous welcome package from our landlords. We immediately felt at home in this cosy cottage which is perfectly equipped and furnished with a modern bathroom and kitchen. Bed is very comfortable and access to a tiny little garden with a lovely view to the valley is given, too. You could park your car in front of the house. Wotton-under-Edge is in walking distance with small shops, restaurants and pubs. From the cottage you could easily reach the beautiful villages in the Cotswolds; Bath, Bristol and Oxford are not far away. Walks in the countryside are possible, too. Great information provided, including walks in to Wotton and further afield. Spent many an hour, sitting in the peaceful back garden admiring the views (and watching the alpacas!). Hosts responded almost immediately to any questions, both during the booking process and after. Just a short walk to Wotton, a pretty village with a variety of shops, pubs, etc and where you can easily pick up a bus if you don't fancy driving. Highly recommended cottage! ##### Trish O.
