Mark and Rich were amazing hosts. Excellent restaurant suggestions. Our room was in the basement at the back and it was cool and quiet. Very clean and the common area where breakfast was served and the area where you could sit and look out at the water was way bigger than we expected. Breakfast was extra and well worth it. Great berries and yogurt, cereal and fresh baked biscuits were a highlight. They even accommodated a relative for breakfast who wasn’t staying at the first house. Should...

The location is perfect, everything is so close & within walking distance. The accommodations were so nice, soft comfy bed, clean & well appointed room, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bath robes & slippers. Despite being right next to the main street/boardwalk the room was very quite & the view was fabulous! The breakfast was superb and had a wonderful selection...be sure to try the blueberry pancakes or the omelet. The owner Stephen was very welcoming and his team were top notch in every...

We had a very comfortable stay! It was a very cute room, close to the beach. And the breakfast was incredible! Thank you!

Great place if you’re looking for a comfortable bed, a good night’s sleep, and a convenient stay. The shower and bathroom were cleverly hidden behind the a mirror, which was a fun surprise! It’s in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and the pier, and not far from North Laine. No elevator or a/c but room provided a fan. A good place for a night in Brighton!

This is a great little guest house! Proximity to the beach is fantastic, and the room was quaint and clean. They even let us come by a few hours early to leave our bags which was very nice. We were on the top floor though so the room was a little hot as it was around 30 degrees celsius when we were there. However they did provide a fan which was really helpful.

A lovely comfortable cottage just a 15-minute walk from the South of England Showground.

Nice sized room and the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in quite some time. Great location - close enough to both the train station and beach. Quiet area and friendly staff.

Tristan carried our biggest suitcase up to a clean, well stocked room, which was perfect for our needs in spite of being a tight fit (which our larger case exacerbated). Great location to walk to the promenade, friendly pub downstairs, and excellent soundproofing - didn't hear anything from our second floor room. Will happily book again if we're in the area

I was inspired by Paskin's efforts to be green - I would stay there many times again just for that. The room was beautiful, nice big shower in the ensuite, not overly pricey considering the area, very short walk to Brighton Pier and the seaside.
