Stayed here for the weekend and couldn’t really fault it… very clean.. nicely decorated…great location and staff very nice and helpful If anything it could be improved on would be a mini fridge in room

It is in a great location for local restaurants but only a 10 minute walk into Brighton centre. Love Kemptown and St. James’s Street.
