"The staff of this hotel were all super friendly and knowledgeable, from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast buffet crew. If it wasn't for them, I would give a lower rating. The reason I won't be back is the high noise level. The night before my 6:30am marathon, a jazz band was playing directly above my head (or at least it felt like they must be directly above my head). If it were an average Saturday night, it wouldn't have been an issue but I had to get up around 4:30am to run pretty far so I needed the rest. Much worse was my next door neighbor (for my final two nights) who I could hear all the time, including in the bathroom. His alarm went off for 30 minutes one morning. It woke me up, but not him. It was so loud, I stuck my head out the door thinking the hotel was being evacuated. I tried calling the front desk for about 20 minutes and got a busy signal each time. He also yelled at someone on the phone one night and it sounded like I had someone in my room yelling at me. "

"Clean room, comfortable beds, easy check in and check out. Only complaint is that there was loud noice from highway. "

"The room was clean and hotel very nice. The only tiny complaint is the bathroom would like a door to the sink area for changing. I did not like the scent that was in the lobby area. Overall a good stay and good location! I would stay again."

"This is a great stay in a great location! Rooms are very large. The owner has excellent communication. If we ever find ourselves back in this area we would definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful visit. The hotel is centrally located. The beds are very comfortable. The room was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay there and the steakhouse on premise was delightful. Service was fantastic and the food also."

"The staff were great and friendly. My only complaints were there was no information about in room service and the TV was not a smart TV so if you didn’t want to watch live TV or pay for on demand you couldn’t cast your own streaming services."

"The property is very tired, but what it lacks in aesthetics it makes up in specially. The staff is great, and the decor is art deco somewhat, love that. Had very peaceful nights, getting rest for The Flying Pig runs. Even though it looked like there were kids there for prom. If you book here you’re not getting a a four star room, maybe 2.5, but the location and staff make you feel like four stars. I will stay here again when I come back next year."
