"Buffet breakfast was great- good range of food. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Great views from the room- standard smaller size as most Japanese hotels. Scale in the foyer was very helpful for packing!"

"We(couple w/adult son) were visiting Japan for the first time. This was the best hotel out of 4 places we booked. It had everything! Location was prime with the view and an upscale market & 4 floor shopping next door. Our room was newly remodeled modern style or was kept up! It had a private toilet/sink room separate from the bathroom. They provided everything from PJ, slippers, toiletries and mini coffee/tea bar! Waking up at 5pm with nothing open, really helps to have a room stocked with water and coffee/tea! Of course, we loaded with snacks & drinks from downstairs onsite bakery and market next door. They provided coin laundry on the lower floor if needed! They also booked the limousine bus to travel back to Narita Airport! That’s a big plus for a hotel to be listed on its route. Not all are! So book wisely. The taxi is reasonable for close distances but not an hour trip! We would stay again!"

"We were there for 5 nights and the rooms were actually super small, totally not suitable for two people for two large suitcases. Also the hotel has over 600 rooms but only 3 washing machines. We tried using them 4 times but they were always busy with over 2 hours wait. We didn’t waste time doing laundry as we wanted to see Tokyo. Maybe the hotel should provide a laundry service? That’s the only reason why I have given it 3 stars because other then these few things the hotel was clean, staff was helpful and the property was close to a lot of food places and of course a 7 eleven right outside the door!"

"We traveled with a 4 yr old and 21 month old. Added an extra bed (total 3) and all of us slept fine. There was plenty of space for 2 large luggage + 1 carry on and all our souvenirs. Hotel is close to everything- shopping, claw machine, gachapon, restaurants, supermarkets. You name it, its within walking distance. We took the taxi quite a bit during our stay and had no issues as they were always parked outside. Room was clean, AC is cold and windows were sound proof. Would definitely recommend this hotel to families. My 4yo LOVED the bidet 😀"
