"Clean rooms , great location , great facilities "

"We booked for 7 nights and were very disappointed to see how old some parts of our cabin were we we arrived. The installed hotplates obviously don't work anymore because we had to plug another outdated hotplate in, the plastic uncomfortable dining chairs looked like they were from the 60's and the couch was very uncomfortable to sit in. The air-conditioner was so loud inside we couldn't hear the tv or sleep with it on. The glass sliding door wouldn't lock because it needs new runners and the bathroom needs a total makeover. The sheets and towels were good quality and it at least had a new fridge, kettle and toaster. "

"Really enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. Plenty of room for whole family. However we were very disappointed with the standard of cleaning/maintenance. We have listed some of these problems to the Property Management, who agreed that there are many improvements to be made. Eg dog hair on furniture and floors, pool and spa very murky (rectified thankfully, when we called Management), shade sail for pool has been ripped and is no longer over the pool, broken clothesline, and other maintenance issues. The house and location are great, but the general condition of the property did not match the rent charged, sadly. "

"The bathrooms both upstairs and down were moldy. The bbq was dirty. The walls were thin and could hear everything in the other rooms. Otherwise everything was great. Location good. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space."
