The location is amazing. Near to the subway for a quick ride to Times Square. But everything you need in walking distance. Near to la guardia airport. Rooms are small but comfortable and have everything you need. I would stay here again.

The hotel is close to the subway station and Times Square. The room was clean and decently sized (you can’t expect big rooms in NYC). However, I feel like staying at this hotel wasn’t worth the lofty prices they charged. There were hidden fees upon arrival. Breakfast was included, but the quality of most dishes wasn’t great. Plus, it’s super crowded so it’s hard to feel like you have any personal space. It was hard to sleep at night because of how cold the building was. The bed in the room just came with a super thin sheet. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work either. The elevator was the most annoying part. It took several tries to get moving when I inserted my room card. Some of the people working at the reception desk need more training in how to deal with customers. Service with a smile helps.

Rooms could Use a mini fridge or Ice Buckets for drinks.
