"Hotel was as described. Spacious, clean and staff were helpful. Ample car parking. Location was very good for Poole with a lot of the town within 15 minutes walk including the harbour."

"The hotel is at an excellent location, the attractions are all within walking distance. The stay was not bad, but the internet signal was poor and there’s no hot water to shower. Staff was helpful in checking the hot water situation and we were told there’s a pipe burst situation causing the inconvenience. "

Housekeeping knocked on door early followed by maintenance which was not urgent and could have been done after checkout time. "
