Contacted Host and was told I would receive a refund for the early check in fee but have not seen that yet. Apartment was nice and as advertised and pictured. One thing to be aware is bedroom windows are right next to very bright parking lights and there are no blackout shades so it does feel like perpetual morning all night. « Location was great and the apartment is comfortable with a large bedroom and washer/dryer. Air conditioning was broken and temperatures were over 100 while there so the apartment was very hot. We ended up sleeping in the living room and used the window AC unit to get it down to about 78 inside. Property manager knew about this issue and wartned us that the bathroom flloor would be wet from the drip pan leaking through the vent. If AC worked, would've been 4-5 stars. »
