The living room has a pullout couch, apartment sleeps 6 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, full bath. Beautiful property and views. Spacious with private entry. The space is a mother-in-law apartment in the basement of our home and is completely separate from the rest of the home. Note that you will need to go down exterior stairs (or hill) to access the apartment. The space Full basement apartment with separate entrance. Homeowner lives above. 1100 Sq. ft. provides lots of room to spread out, with tons of daylight. 10 foot ceilings and full walk-out provides abundant light and openness. Close to hiking and biking trails and the Bountiful Temple. Just 7 mins. to the freeway and 19 mins. to downtown Salt Lake City or the airport. Snowbasin Ski Resort is just 50 minutes to the north, with Alta, Snowbird, Park City and Deer Valley within an hour drive to the south. Close to Lagoon and South Davis Recreation Center, with a park with playground just a 1-minute walk away. Guest access The apartment entrance is on the west (back) of the house, basement level. Please note that you will need to go down steps or a grassy hill to access the basement apartment. Entrance was via 16 steep stairs. The pictures & description did not make this clear. The thermostat was controlled by the host, and it was uncomfortably warm at night. She obviously turned up the AC at night. My husband is hypersensitive to smells, causing an asthma problem. Pillow cases were laundered in strong-smelling fabric softener. The place was beautiful and spacious and very comfortable other than the matters mentioned.
