"Booked a room for two nights. The room and hotel was so dirty and scary we didn’t even stay."

"Needs better cleaning of rooms. Otherwise it is the best in Alva. Staff was helpful, breakfast was abundant and the areas very clean. Food was in good condition. For three days was pretty good and I would reserve again."

"Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Room was pretty nice for the price. Could use some updates, bathtub faucet didn’t fully close off when the shower was running, and the soundproofing wasn’t great, but it’s not bad at all."

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The staff very friendly. But, I had to move the coffee pot to the bathroom sink so the cord would reach the outlet. There was no luggage rack. Also not an extra roll of TP. The room needs a little attention. Towel rack coming down and outlet cover coming off. "

"Fantastic place to ride the dunes, the trail is right out the gate and situated in town where everything is within reach, highly recommend."

"Everything was as described in the listing. You can tell the owners took their time and focused on the details. The Wi-Fi was a little sketchy at times but other than that it’s great value. I would definitely recommend it especially for those needing a three bedroom two bath unit"
