There was plenty of room to park our trucks, trailers, Jeeps, and ATVs and the property is enclosed by a fence, this made it nice for all the kids to run off energy and play without concern of street traffic! We had a large group with multiple large trailer, sxs', truck's & the 2 campers and still had plenty of room! This set up is perfect for large groups! The location is perfect, its right next to the trail leading to the north gate. The Stone's are awesome people! They were super helpful & easy to get along with! They live nearby so they were quick to run over & show us where to locate the camper hookups, even though it was late when we got in. They were there off and on during the weekend, due to meeting a handyman to work on the gate and then needing to use the shop for their own sxs, but they communicated this with us very well. They were both pleasant, socialable & still very mindful of our privacy! Honestly, we wouldnt have minded if they stayed & hung out! They're like-minded, fun folks! They even commented that they love seeing the place full of trucks, trailers & SxS' & basically being utilized as they intend on!
