The staff is not really good at English but you will get what you ask for with a little bit of patience. The rooms are big and view is nice. The overall hotel is a little bit old though and you can feel it everywhere. The entertainment system is a little bit troublesome to manipulate and you will need to constantly adjust the sound. They have several, maybe 30-40, Korean channels but few international ones (saw BBC news, no French, no Spanish and no German). You will find the most basic commodities such as soap or hair dryer but that is about it unless you decide to pay some extra for body lotions and such.
They serve continental breakfast but not much sweet thing in there and it is a little bit overpriced I find (12,000 won per breakfast)
The restaurants on the 9th floor are good. A little bit expensive again but the taste was really alright. Even the house wine they serve per glass in their western restaurant is worth it I think.
Overall this is a good enough hotel, you will not come to be overly annoyed at anything but if you have visited nice hotels before you feel a little lack of overall quality maybe.
