"Unterkunft war völlig in Ordnung gensauso wie beschrieben. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter es war immer schön.Was wir nicht so gut fanden, war der erste Kontakt mit dem Hausmeister. Er war sehr unfreundlich. Ok, wir hatten einen Fehler gemacht aber das heißt nicht uns unfreundlich und in einem unangebrachten Ton darauf hinzuweisen. Das geht auch freundlicher. "

Sehr schön ist auch die nach Süden ausgerichtete Terrasse zum Sonnetanken und Chillen. Mit der Usedom-Card haben wir die UBB kostenlos nutzen können. …das Auto konnten wir somit im gesamten Urlaub stehen lassen, was für uns einen großen Vorteil darstellt. "I would recommend to request the 5th floor. There is a mini golf course directly in front of the hotel and the noise level is high into the night. The advertised pool was out of order, but we got a coupon for a nearby indoor pool. Unfortunately very crowded. If you want piece and quiet, look somewhere else. "

"Excellent hotel with comfortable bed and plentiful breakfast. I did not use the balcony due to the weather. Guests have use of the sauna and swimming pool at the nearby VNU Hotel (at the top of the hill) for EUR15. This under repair on the first night but I did use it on the 2nd night, they do ask you to wear flip flops or other bathing shoes. The hotel is handy for the REWE supermarket and shops. The Rasender Roland steam railway station is about 15 minutes walk away uphill but there is also a funicular railway. This railway was the main reason for my visit. The station restaurant is very good for meals. I had a day out in Binz which has plenty of shops and nice walks along the beach, also a larger REWE supermarket."
