"We recently stayed at the hotel for three nights. The room was nice but as a couple we were disappointed by the bed which only had two single duvets, one for each. We asked for these to be replaced by one double duvets to fit both of us, the receptionists refused. Plus, they did not change towels every day which was not ideal.
