"Parking was awkward with many potholes/irregularities (like most of city). Mattresses were mediocre as were pillows. Bedside outlets seemed unreliable. Tub shape had no left side grip or edge. Ice vending relatively remote. Staff was helpful and friendly. Quiet location, but few businesses nearby."

"Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The room and the common areas were clean and welcoming. Parking was handy. Staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. This is our second stay at this facility, and we will definitely stay here again when in Duluth. The only negative observation I will make is that the breakfast was the weakest aspect of our stay. The hot items were barely warm. Staff did not seem to be present to answer questions or assure that hot items remained hot."

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We enjoyed our room and the other amenities a lot and couldn’t have asked for anything more!"

"I have never felt so hasseled about having a service dog. It left me so upset all night and most of the following day. I couldn't wait to get away from that place and i will never go back. I totally regretted making reservations online previous to my stay. I would have left and found a different hotel if i could have got my money refunded. The check process was ridiculous, too. I have traveled all over the country and never had such a fussy checkin process. Aside from the checkin hassle, and the hassling about the service dog, the place was fine."
