"As I checked out, I was not asked how my stay was… if I’d been asked, I would have mentioned I hat to call twice for anything to happen, including a loud sound blaring from my ventilation system… I’m disappointed."

"We booked a hotel in Bensonville for a sports tournament only to find out the website I had used canceled my reservation prior to my arrival without notifying me. The hotel said the website tried to contact me but I had not been notified. So I was frantically looking for a place as I was 2.5 hours from my house! The Courtyard by Marriott had rooms and I was able to book easily! Check it was smooth and the room was comfortable and clean although we only just slept for the night and checked out the next morning. But this place went above and beyond! It was a little further of a drive but the staff in the am directed us to Panera which was literally 2 blocks and on the way so we were able to grab breakfast and go! Thank you!! We will book again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this home while hosting a very special occasion—my daughter’s baby shower at a nearby Maggiano’s. Family traveled in from various parts of the country, and this home provided the perfect space for us to come together comfortably.The property was spacious, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The layout allowed for both group gatherings and quiet moments, which was ideal for our needs.The host was outstanding—very hospitable, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to ensure everything went smoothly truly enhanced our experience.We would have liked to have access to the basement to enjoy the pool table and other activities; however, we made great memories enjoying karaoke together in the family room instead.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations and played a meaningful role in making our family celebration memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to gather."
