ANNABESSACOOK WATERFRONT WITH DOCK
- OCCUPANCY- LIMIT 8 - Waterfront on Annabessacook Lake in Winthrop. This 3-bedroom 1.5 bath is located just steps away from the water. You will have a great view from this well-maintained and equipped home overlooking the private waterfront and dock. There is a bunkroom downstairs with 2 twin beds and a futon. There is also a half bath and washer/dryer on the first floor. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a king-size bed and the other bedroom has a bunk bed with 3 twin beds. There is also a full bath on the 2nd floor. Enjoy the nice yard with a gazebo with a fire pit and outdoor couch. 2 regular kayaks and 1 double kayak are provided, (Guest must bring their own life jackets).
Waterfront/Lot Description: Waterfront property with a nice lawn and outdoor seating. Parking space for a maximum of 4 cars. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: Yes
