"We can't rave enough about how clean and comfortable our stay was! We were traveling with my sister, who does not often stay in hotels, and MIA at the front desk went the extra mile to find a room for her near us on our floor. We very much appreciated her kindness and careful search for a room that worked for my sister.
The room was scrupulously clean in every respect. We especially appreciated having the top sheet & comforter SEPARATE from one another, so we could cover up with the lighter sheet and/or comforter as we wanted. Hygiene products were high-end and very welcome. The TV and A/C operated flawlessly. My sister said her room was equally well prepared and very comfortable.
The breakfast was perhaps the best one we've ever had in a hotel. We just LOVED the fat sausage links and wondered where they came from -- simply delicious. My sister & I try to eat a keto diet, and there were plenty of selections at breakfast that worked for us.
The Crowne Plaza Shenandoah is very near our family that we were visiting, making access easy & quick. For any future stays in the Conroe area, we will definitely choose the Crowne Plaza again. We would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for an excellent stay in the area."
