"Perfect for the price!"

"Clean room but could use an update. Amenities were great. The shuttle was the best part. Free shuttle to Universal and we got there before the park opened. There was breakfast for a fee but we did not try it. There was a little convenience store for grab and go items but a little expensive. They had a restaurant where we got togo food one night which was pretty good. Staff was great! Will be staying here again!"

"The room was small for 4 people, the toilet kept braking, the sink plug wouldn't stay up. The outside waterpark was freezing. 2 out of the 6 nights, our neighbors were absolutely loud and woke my kods up in the middle of the night. The hotel staff were super nice and wonderful. The breakfast was your standard breakfast you would get at a hotel with addition to a few extras. The stay was okay/good. The hotel pool was excellent. Overall 6/10 stay."

"In the room, the AC didn’t work, nor did the television or even the phone (so wasn’t able to call to report problems). The window blinds were insufficient to keep out the bright lights that showed through all night."
