ADDITIONAL: We do have video surveillance of the front door which helps us in maintaining the property from a distance. We welcome all groups (friends and families) to our home, as long as rules are followed. We have a zero tolerance policy for parties. Quiet hours: 10 pm - 8 am are strictly quiet hours. Loud music/noise/events strictly not permitted. PETS: We are a pet friendly home, so feel free to bring over your furry friends during your stay. \- Up to 2 pets allowed ($100 fee per stay). Approval needed for more, with extra fees. \- Keep pets leashed while walking in the neighborhood. \- ⁠No unattended pets \- No pets on furniture (sofas, beds, etc). \- ⁠Clean up after them inside and outside \- Prevent excessive barking or noise. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and plenty of towels and supplies. Small note—there are a lot of stairs and no elevator —not a big deal for me, but could be a concern for some. Our young boys 5 & 7 really enjoyed the bunk beds. The place was very well equipped for all your cooking needs. There are tons of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We also used the conveniently located free shuttle to get up to Winter Park to go skiing.Just a warning, there is a decent amount of stairs to go up and no elevator to access the 2nd level unit so if you have someone that has difficulty with stairs this could be an issue.The only complaint I had is the community “hot tub” was not hot at all and was more like pool temperature so we only went once. You also have to walk across the street to access it so we were all freezing on the walk back home.Other than that we had a great time and would consider staying here again. ##### Nikki L.
