Doors were damaged. Lock didn’t work. Beds weren’t made. We had no blankets. Just sheets. Front desk wasn’t accommodating.we waited till the next day to get a blanket. We managed to get one. They ran out the hotel said.

charge me $800 for a $235 a night room. charged me for a suite yet they have no suites. would not provide me with an receipt. breakfast ends at 9am so if you sleep in you are out of luck yet they have charge you, no coffee available but do have lemonade but they just add ice, it was not cleaned. only provide one towel per person and only clean the room every second day. would not answer their phone but left you on hold for over an hour. rooms (my suite?) was so small my wife and I had to shimmy around each other (6m X 5m). very sketchy hotel.

The room we checked into was not clean, there was still garbage on the floor from the previous occupant. There was two bags of garbage left by the side door, they were left there all day and night, then just moved outside the door the next morning.

Checking is suppose to be at 3pm, we got there at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready till 4:30pm, but the worst was the smell in the room and the noise, we could not actually fall asleep to 2:00am because of the noise, people were just loud, in and out of there rooms, not even trying to be quite, talking loud, loud doors, we will never ever stay at this hotel again.

The room was very very small. My bed was so squeaky. You didn’t want to move too much. There wasn’t much counter space in the bathroom. It is a very out dated hotel for the price. Hard to find a parking spot. One good thing it was close to the airport.

We only stayed here from 11pm-5:00am because of our early morning flight. And once we were checked in, our room had a HORRIBLE smell like rotten cheese. Opened the cabinets, the smell was there too. I believe the room was never vacuumed, had stuff stuck on our feet. In the hallways there was empty beer and twisted tea boxes that were never picked up. The lobby floor was dirty with mud footprints. The front desk lady wasn’t very welcoming and the shower barely worked. Had people running down the hallways, knocking on doors aggressively so it was hard to sleep. Our door wouldn’t lock at first and there was a strange stain on our comforter. Not coming back again that’s for sure.
