« The breakfast was delicious and bountiful! Somebody was cooking fish in their room.. the third floor was STINKY ! The bed was comfortable, temperature control was excellent, The bathrooms need updating, flooring, tub, sink, countertops showing a lot of “wear& tear”. Pull up carpet, fix squeaky floors. « 1st rm turned hadn’t been cleaned. Food on desk and in refrigerator. We were given another rm. the 2nd and 3rd days of our stay the rm key didn’t work and had to be re- engaged at the service desk. Neither the hot tub nor the pool were operational but we were told that info was on the website. Somehow I had missed that. The staff seem to be friendly and mean well but don’t have a property that is invested in quality. »
