"The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the bathroom floor had a large crack, and it felt very loose."

"Hotel is outdated with minimal upgrades. Thr room was dirty, the sheets were stained and not changed along with the bed topper. Nothing looked wiped down and the bathroom was dirty. The wall behind the toilets needs repaired. Clearly housekeeping dosnt clean they only make the bed to look clean and nobody is double checking. I mean it was 6.8 stars and budget, but nobody wants bed bugs and it should be better than sleeping outside. "

"The experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We checked in and were given a room that clearly had not been cleaned. The bathroom was moldy and dirty, and the floors were nasty. The hallways smelled like weed every day and didn’t appear to be cleaned either. The facility itself is very outdated and poorly maintained, nothing like what is shown in the pictures online. To make matters worse, the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including TVs and very personal activities. After this stay, we will never be staying here or at any Ramada again. This experience was more than enough."

"Check in took forever at 3am even though we reached out at 7pm to pre-key and inform of late check in, maintenance was poor, yellow stains, rotten wood, smelled like sewage and must. Awful."
