"We really lucked out on the price of this trip considering how wonderful the property was. We traveled with two 4 1/2-year-olds that absolutely loved every part of this place. Will be returning for sure! The pools were clean, drinks were good, food is obviously a little bit more expensive because of the nature of it being a resort, but all in all it was a wonderful trip and we will definitely be returning!"

"We loved this hotel! It had everything we needed for our stay. The pool, lazy river, chairs in the pool for parents, mini golf and FREE breakfast was fantastic! Loved the smaller size bc it wasn't busy and felt more intimate. Felt safe for the kids to wander and explore the property. My daughter left behind her shoes and we were able to get them back a few days later. So happy with the honesty of the cleaning and front desk staff. "

"Everything is so spread out. I had hoped access to everything was easier to get to from our room. The kids liked the pool but got bored easily. Wish there was a small slide and hot tub just for parents. Something to sit in while watching kids play. Or even a quick soak at night. Bus to Universal was nice. Did not utilize anything else just due to how spread out everything was. "

"Check in was a nightmare. Waited from 3pm to 8pm before we got into our room. Manager never got back to me. Water park slides were closed. Not notified before booking. Hotel was dated and ran as such. The TLC at this place just doesnt seem to exist anymore. Rooms were not clean and felt like an old motel room. Flooring, carpets and interiors felt dirty, dingy and cold. The food was pricy and not great. I expected better. I had really hoped it would be a better experience bc it was so nice to have all the amenities all on one place but we were disappointed. "

"Pool areas are nice, comfy beds, clean resort. My only thing I had issue with was how long we had to wait for room to be ready we got there at 3:45pm was told would be ready in 15-20 min and they would text. After an hour I went in to check was told not ready yet, after waiting almost another hour went in to check again and girl was like it’s ready didn’t you get a text? Nope I didn’t and we been sitting in car waiting for almost 2 hours. "

"This is our second year staying for The Summit at Disney. Great value, love the 2 room suite so the kids can have their own room and eating area. Loved watching the fireworks from the fireworks view room. We feel like this is a hidden gem!"
