The furnishings are basic and included a bed, dresser, microwave, and fridge. There were wall lights on each side of the bed but a shelf on only one side. "Staying at the Nittany Lion Inn is all about location. It is very easy to access the campus and parking is easy with the parking deck next to the hotel. The hotel gives you a voucher coupon for parking, which is a huge plus. The hotel is very nice with a hydration station and snacks available. There are a couple of dining options as well which is convenient. We have stayed in a couple of different rooms. The hotel decor is very nice and the bathroom is spotless and has nice amenities. My only complaint is the bed was not very comfortable which was disappointing. The hotel should upgrade their mattresses to provide guests with a decent night's sleep."
