It was clean and as described on the listing. The decks were great in the fabulous spring weather. We spent time on both playing games, reading, and just hanging out. The sunset views from the deck off of the kitchen were lovely. I do wish I had paid a little closer attention to the listing as there is no washer, dryer or dishwasher. This is perfect for a smaller family who like to eat out most meals (unless you find washing lots of dishes meditative :-)). Like I said, this was MY oversight. We'd rent it again.
