Aug 3, 2025 #### We will not rent this apartment again Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found this property to be adequate in some ways but below standard in others.On the positive side, the interior was clean and beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked great but it was actually a little too cool and we could not find the thermostat to adjust temperature. The ice machine is excellent.The kitchen is lacking basic serving pieces and there was no Saran Wrap or aluminum foil to wrap leftover food (however, to his credit, our property manager quickly provided needed items.)The outside porch was FILTHY (we had to scrub chairs and deck in order to sit out there) and furniture is not comfortable. Most of the interior furniture looks like it came from a junk store. Lack of wall hangings made the place uninviting.
