    Enjoy true oceanfront living in this beautifully decorated condo, featuring comfortable sleeping for up to 6 guests — perfect for families or small groups who prefer their own space.
    Located just a short walk from the heart of the action, you’ll be minutes from the restaurants, shops, and activities along the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, while still enjoying the privacy and relaxation of a beachfront setting.
    Outdoor Living
    Relax on the private oceanfront deck, furnished with durable Polywood seating — ideal for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or a glass of wine while listening to the waves.
    Plenty of beach chairs are available for your use. The condo includes about four nice chairs labeled 1A, with additional chairs stored in the closet just inside the building’s entrance.
    Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and living areas. The condo is located on the first floor, just one flight of stairs up — there is no elevator, but the elevated position ensures excellent ocean views while keeping access convenient.

Everything was excellent! Andrew was so accommodating and the condo was in the best location. It was right on the beach and the view was amazing. I would love to come back !

This condo is the best option on Carolina Beach! The view is spectacular, the home was very clean and the owner was quick to reply, happy to help, and nice to work with. Walkable to everything, we will definitely stay here when we come back!

This was a wonderful condo, with a great view of the sunrise over the ocean. The condo had everything we needed for multiple meals. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great place to spend an mornings watching the neach come alive with a cup of coffee and evenings having a meal with family. We appreciated this rental very much.

We had a fun and relaxing time during stay - walking on the beach or just hanging out at the condo. We enjoyed the interior setup that was perfect for a family of 3, everything was nicely prepared and clean. Great communication with host - would definitely recommend! Thank you!

It was easy to get to the beach and boardwalk area with ease. We had a great time with our pups at this location and we really appreciate the responsiveness of the property manager!

The condo itself is as pictured. It was nice and comfortable. Proximity to the beach and other attractions (ability to walk to the boardwalk and restaurants) is great. We had an easy time getting in contact with the owner, who was kind and accommodating. Our one issue is that we went over spring break, which we recognize is off season, and there was construction going on 8:00 am - 5:00 pm daily on the units above us and beside us. It made it difficult to relax as it was very loud. If we had been there at a time there was no construction, we would have had zero complaints.

We had a fantastic week at this location! The view was incredible, the space was clean and cozy, and everything we needed was right there. The owner was super friendly, responsive, and made check-in effortless. You can tell they really care about their guests. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing beach getaway!

Wonderful Getaway

We had a short but very nice little getaway at this lovely property. The best part was the balcony and gorgeous views! We also loved being able to walk the beach so easily with the private staircase over the dunes. The listing is as advertised and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to come to Carolina Beach!

Perfect spot. Easy walk to the boardwalk, local restaurants, the harbor. I didn’t need to drive anywhere but to the grocery store. The unit had everything we needed for comfort. Great ocean view. It was perfect. Home away from home for the week.

Great location!

It was wonderful to stay just a short walk to the sand! The porch was a fabulous spot to relax on, the beach was wide and pristine, the condo had everything make our stay comfortable! The host was great about answering all questions and concerns quickly.

Home away from home

It was perfect for me. Everything was clean. View was perfect which is the most important aspect of my beach vacays. Every where we went to eat or drink was within walking distance. Perfect 3 days and nights.
