"My wife and I stayed at Oxford suites for one night. The hotel and staff were excellent. If you are looking for a bite to eat, Applebees and In-n-out are next door. If you need a place to stay in Chico, I highly recommend this hotel."

"Great, however please get icemakers working on all levels. Not fun to travel down a level to get ice. I have been there every 6 weeks and 1 ice maker still wasn't fixed. 2 months out already....Otherwise, stay, breakfast, cookies for snack time in evening are 5 stars!"

"Nice location off the freeway. Very clean. Happy to see wood floors in the rooms. Could use an upgrade in the lobby with a nice lounge area, but they might still be remodeling. There was a loud motorcycle outside our window in the middle of the night and I’m not sure why they needed to rev their engine as long as they did, but I suppose that’s not the hotel’s fault. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. "
