« This hotel was a great find! It is very affordably priced with a good location in Kunming. It is within walking distance of a metro station. The main negative feature was the surprisingly dirty carpets in the hallways for the rooms. The lobby area and most common area were all pristine. But, when we got off the elevator to go our room, which was also clean, I was a bit shocked to see carpeting that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, with dirt stains all over the carpet. « The air conditioner was not working. Noted the side window was opened but could not close it. Had to leave the curtain open so that cold air from outside can come in. As it was the new year eve, lots of fire works took place. It was so noisy that I could not sleep at all. »

« Très bon hôtel, un poil vieillissant : personnel d'accueil très sympathique, grande chambre confortable (malgré le lit trop mou). 2 points noirs et incompréhensibles : les vestiaires de la belle piscine intérieure étaient très sales, notamment les douches ; et le service du restaurant Kwee Zeen est catastrophique. Le buffet est magnifique, mais il n'y a pas de réassort. Les stands sont mal tenus, il manque parfois des couverts pour se servir mais surtout, le restaurant est sensé fermer à 21h30,...

« Séjour chaotique : Adresse de localisation de l’hôtel introuvable, problème de cohérence entre le nom de l’hôtel et l’adresse. Tout le monde fume partout même dans les zone non fumeur, même le matin au petit déjeuner les gens fumes la ou les gens mangent c’est très irrespectueux. J’ai choisi cet hôtel car j’avais eu un incroyable séjour via la chaîne IHG au Portugal mais à Kunming rien à voir vraiment aucun personnel parle anglais même le responsable soit disant ne le parle pas. Heureusement...
