"Excellent for.business folks, not families. No meal service-just frozen or snacks. Set TV volume at top (79) - couldn’t hear clearly. Reported Day 1 & not fixed 4 days later at checkout. Bar wat staff stood outdoors on a phone instead of taking our orders, so made popcorn & one frozen dinner. Great city to visit or do business, but suggest not Aloft for families. Just sleep here & eat somewhere else"

"This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in, we checked out faster than we checked in, everything was filthy from the first step into the building, the furniture was broken and dirty, the carpet was stained all over, the floors were sticky and the whole place smelled awful, I could keep going but the list would never end. DO NOT STAY HERE, RUN FAR AWAY!"

"I’ve been staying here for about a month everything about the personnel and property is top notch or I wouldn’t continue to stay here. I don’t like how much the rates have increased since I first came here and I will have to find other accommodations due that fact. I simply can’t afford to stay here much longer. But I do understand due to the economic climate that the war is causing the upward prices everywhere."

"Check-in was easy and the staff was accommodating. When we arrived, the elevator was out of service, so they moved us to a first-floor room, which we appreciated. They also allow dogs, making it a convenient option for travelers with pets. That said, the motel has an overall run-down feel. It seems like they’re trying to improve it, but there are still several issues. The surrounding area didn’t feel particularly safe, and there was suspicious activity in the parking lot that made us uncomfortable. The towels were very thin and low quality, the microwave looked like it had caught fire at some point, and there was a dead roach on the floor when we entered the room. If you’re simply looking for an inexpensive place to sleep for the night with your dogs and these kinds of things don’t bother you, it serves its purpose."

"The staff were some of the nicest hosts we have encountered on our travels. The hotel is obviously being updated with fresh paint. The environment & location were a bit rough but the staff were excellent with watching out for everyone on their property as well as within the parking lot. There was a lot going on for sure. We must have hit a button on our key fob that opened up our back hatch on the car & the desk manager called us as soon as he noticed (2 a.m.) he went through the video surveillance with us & no one had messed with the car - they just went in and let the manager know. I slept like a baby the rest of the night knowing how diligent they were in watching their property!"
