"Gentleman behind the counter was great. Easy check in. I understand everything is under construction. But that info is not put out until you’re there to check in and reservation is not refundable. Shower in room wasn’t working. He come down, got it to work a little bit but as soon as he left it quit again. But it’s a place to park and rest for a night. "
"The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room had a musty smell and I couldn’t figure out how to turn the AC down but Lisa was great. She came up to the room, adjusted the AC and sprayed the room with a Febreeze type product. She offered to give us a different room if we were still not happy but the AC seemed to clear out the mustiness. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were just staying for a quick overnight so the location was great. Overall we were satisfied, mainly because Lisa was so customer oriented which is so important in the hospitality business. "
