"Between midnight and 2 am large crowds of very loud partiers making as much noise as they could. I spoke to other folks who were in the airport bus with me at five in the morning, and it happened on their floor too. Management has got to make an effort to keep that sort of thing to a reasonable level otherwise the hotel is perfect."

Under her leadership, you’ll find wonderful people like Ms. Debora, a sweet mother and grandmother, and Juan, her faithful companion and a truly kind soul. There’s also Alfredo, the handyman who is always ready to help and quick to provide the best repair service with a smile. And like in any place, issues may arise from time to time, but if they do, these are exactly the kind of people you want looking after you. The amazing ladies in the kitchen do a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and making sure every plate is full. Their work keeps the heart of the hotel running ❤️ This place is simply amazing ✨️not just because of the building, but because of the people who make it feel like home🫶"

"It was fine. I would say no big issues, nothing that would make me not go back but also nothing really great that would make me want to go back either.. it was close to the airport and that was nice. "

"The airport shuttle only runs from 6am-11:30am and then from 3m to 11pm. It only provides a ride to the airport during those hours. Our flight early morning at 6am and was outside of those hours. We needed to get there by 4am and return the rental car also. So, that didn't help having an airport shuttle. Breakfast was from 6am too. So that didn't become useful too. So the reason we picked this hotel was for those amenities and wasn't useful at all. TV remote was broken too."
