  • In the heart of Williamstown, you will find another charming home - sister to "Gray's Landing" with 5 star reviews (Property ID 1802892). This 1200 sq foot 2 BR/2BA home has been completely renovated, boasting beautiful original hardwood floors and is available February 2022. Conveniently located 2.4 miles to the Ark Encounter & 44 miles to Creation Museum, you will find everything you need right here to kick back, relax & enjoy some personal or family time.

    The Space:
    Guests will have access to the entire house, except the basement. The spacious great room provides comfortable seating to socialize, watch the 55” TV over the fireplace or sit around the farmhouse kitchen table and enjoy a meal or sip coffee or hot cocoa. A queen size bed completes each of the 2 bedrooms, along with a closet, 40” TV, dresser and a comfy chair. The house sleeps 4 comfortably with an additional adult or 2 children on the sofa pullout for total of 6. The 2 bathrooms are each stocked with plush towel sets (6 total sets), a hair dryer, toilet paper, tissues & starter toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion). The washer & dryer are available should you need to launder clothes, a small supply of laundry detergent is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs, complete with new appliances. A keurig is provided, along with several coffee k-cups, creamer & sugar. Finally, the front and back porch you will find cushioned chairs & lighting for your outdoor pleasure. There are no stairs inside the home, however, there are 4 steps from the driveway to the front porch to enter the home.

Everything was great from check in to check out. Host was very accommodating and helpful. House was amazing and well equipped. Great location. I would highly recommend this property for visitors to this area.

This is a beautiful property. The host has done an excellent job with it. She has put a lot of thought into making sure Al necessities are provided. I would definitely recommend this house. There was plenty of room for five adults. It was very clean, spacious and decorated so cute!

We had a great stay! There was plenty of parking, which made arriving and coming and going very easy. The kitchen was well stocked, and the entire place was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay. Very clean and well stocked with all the essentials you need. My wife and stayed here because it was so close to the Ark Encounter. While there we walked the downtown area. The last night, I walked to the downtown again to get some homemade ice cream.If we visit the Ark again, this will be our first choice for a place to stay.

Old Glory was wonderful to us! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.We made some great memories during our stay and truly felt at home. We would absolutely recommend Old Glory to anyone looking for a great place to stay and would love to return in the future!

We loved everything about Old Glory and Elisa did a great job with communication. The house was very clean, had an excellent setup for two couples to stay for 4 nights.Parking area was huge. Getting into the unit was easy. The ktichen was perfect for us making breakfast and having coffee.We sat on the front porch every day. The town itself was very friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone who is traveling to Williamstown, KY.

Excellent host - responsive to communication and very accommodating. Home is welcoming, “crisp” and inviting. Kitchen nicely stocked for all cooking needs. What we most want to convey is the warmth we felt and how welcoming the home was - truly a home away from home. Highly recommend - something we do not often do.

This property seemed to be well-loved by the host. I have stayed in other VRBO properties that were supposedly "newly renovated" only be disappointed and find them shabbily done. This renovation was different... it was completed to perfection, preserving the historic charm while adding a very nice, additional large bathroom. I highly recommend this property and the host; I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone else going to see the Ark Encounter.

We very much enjoyed this cozy, clean and spacious cottage. I would recommend this place for many reasons, including but non limited to location and proximity to the Arc Encounter, cleanliness, a newly remodeled interior and quiet surroundings.

The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable. It was 5 minutes from the Ark, so perfect location and very close to downtown. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evening and watching the cars go by and hearing the train in the distance.

The house was clean, roomy, comfortable, easy to find, and had plenty of room for parking. The location was convenient to restaurants and The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. While we didn't cook, the kitchen appeared pretty well stocked. I received responses from the host in a very timely manner prior to our arrival and, while we had no issue for which to contact her during our stay, I feel the response would have been just as quick if we had. It was a great, relaxing stay. No complaints and would highly recommend.
