The house was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and you can tell there have been a lot of updates to the property. Thankfully we have been traveling together for many years, so we are used to each others' routines, but only 2 bathrooms for 6 people could get a little tough if you are in a rush between activities. Our only small negative comment is the sliding barn doors on the Jack & Jill bathroom, they offer no privacy with the large gaps between the door and the wall. The location is great for all things Kentucky, easy access to downtown Lexington, multiple distilleries within 30-45 minutes, multiple options for golf! The back deck was the perfect place for having our morning coffee and watching the squirrels run around the yard. We were excited to use the fire pit in the evenings, but the weather didn't cooperate. Seth responded quickly to any questions we had. There were 8 of us, so the dining table would get a little difficult to maneuver around when everyone was in the kitchen/dining space. We moved the table about 3' closer the living room and didn't have any issues after that.
