When we arrived there was a dirty cup stuck on the counter in the bathroom, no blow dryer, a hole in the wall in the bathroom, no flat iron, cracked counter top at the vanity top, we left and when we returned we didn’t have clean hand towels.

It rained the entire stay the room had a leak in the window sill and down the wall. We stayed 3 days and we had to chase down house keeping. And we called to extend the stay and the manager was quite rude.

Somebody wrote on the head board with what looked like body fluids. Also pancake machine was broken. As a diabetic there was no sugar free creamer out just milk or half and half for the coffee.

The pool area was open, but smelled awful. There was mildew and mold on the chairs, walls and hanging from the vents. My daughter has an allergy to mold and I wouldn't have brought her to the pool area to swim had I known.

The staff was very friendly. Pets were permitted. The pool area was broken and wall and ceiling gross, and windows were open at night to the cold air so the pool was cold.

Good things: Quiet and good breakfast. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Bad thing: Laundry room for guests was too small and the dryer was not working. Staff was helpful and said they'd use the housekeeping dryer which was nice, but I hung things up on hangers in the room and they dried overnight.

Upon check-in and entry to our room, we discovered that at least one bed had not been changed. The sheets were obviously slept on, with dirt, hair, and very wrinkled, and had just remade. The night clerk was apologetic and helpful, but moving to a handicapped room, an accessible room with the huge bathroom was not the upgrade to us that she thought it was. The carpet in the “upgrade” was full of sparkles and dirt. Not our idea of a comfortable stay.

Williamstown stay
Disappointed that sheets were not changed. Had to go to the front desk around midnight to ask for new sheet. Nobody wants to share a used sheet with strangers.

Check in was seamless. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant. The room was well appointed and immaculate. I was very impressed with it. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh. The bathroom was very nice. The water pressure was great and the hot water was indeed hot. The continental breakfast was fine (as good as those go). I stayed for 6 nights and had no issues. I would (and most likely will) stay again

Our room did not have working cable TV and the staff was not very attentive and never resolved the issue. They did not try to make the situation right. We also experienced many staff members out front of the building smoking and cursing. The property itself was clean and the room was comfortable but the service was very poor.

Gets the job done but not optimal
Bathroom lacked hand soap and front desk was unable to provide a replacement. Shower had hair in it. Other guests reported lack of cleaned shower/bath.
