"Probably the best property our family has rented in the 15 years of traveling together on our annual trip. Our party of 12 was blown away. The location is so unique and absolutely gorgeous. Your own kayak “river”, private sandbar, private little beach (not to mention the beach just a few steeps over the rocks. Snorkeling just out the back door just yards from the private beach. The host took amazing care of us and the owner was great to communicate with. The host arranged for taxis, rental cars, chef prepared meals, massages in the villa, spear fishing, boat trips to the pigs, chat n chill, sandbar, pirates of the Caribbean beach….. just to name a few. All were outstanding. Highly recommend!!"

"St Francis is uniquely situated on Stocking Island off Great Exuma. It has Atlantic Ocean beaches and the Elizabeth Harbor with its own Marina. It’s a stunning locale with superbly friendly and professional staff. The food and drinks are the BEST! Enjoy a horror view meal! Book a beachfront room and let your cares fall away. Shout out to Shay, Anise, Sterling, Donnamae, Bree!! The best!!"

"House was even better than advertised. Extremely well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen, to plenty of toys for the beach, to a nice grill. Owner and house manager are great communicators. We did the chef service each evening it was amazing. Pictures of the beach don’t do it justice. Just book it!"

"The best family vacation we have ever had. We have a large family, so the 2-home set up was perfect. The property managers Anna & Luke were wonderful & TJ our butler and his associates were over the top, they pre-shopped, did errands, house was spotless, laundry done, when the pressure in our shower was light, he called a plumber and was fixed same day. He truly made our trip dreamy. We hired chefs who served amazing local cuisine every night, family style, with a gorgeous spreads like you have never seen. We ordered fresh sandwiches, fruit and veggies, to be delivered every other day. The homes were new, with modern amenities & decor slept like babies. We hired a boat captain, Theo, & went island hopping to a variety of beaches/bars in the area, the next day we rented Jet Skis from Theo, and mid-week, we rented our own boat, (theo) all provided countless memories. The ocean coloring is astonishing, with countless shades of blue, and green, with white sandy beaches, and the ocean floor was like powder, for swimming you really don't need water shoes, but bring as back up. The infinity pool was warm enough to enjoy all week, anytime. If you want to see an amazing beach, visit The Tropic of Cancer Beach simply breathtaking with straw top bar. The houses are located in a more remote area, very private. One night we ate at Rusty Anchor at February Point, I highly recommend. Lunch at Santanas Bar, w Mammas Bakery next door was divine. Pack light, mainly bathing suits & cover ups."

"Absolutely breathtaking location! We got lost as we didnt make arrangements prior to leaving the states for International Travelers. Therefore we didnt have the use of Google Map. We ended up at a restaurant i recognized from my research and they allowed us to connect to their wifi. We contacted Kamal and he met us at the restaurant and we followed him to our villa! Bed was so comfortable! Quiet neighborhood! Steps away from the most beautiful beach i have ever seen; Tropic of Cancer Beach. Beach was never crowded! House had everything we needed! The road conditions to the house were as other reviews stated but manageable if driving slow. Wifi was spotty so if you plan to work a little while your here best beat is to do it off the property. I know why in the world would someone want to do any work while at paradise? Some of us have no choice. The drive from the airport or to restaurants does take sometime and thats mainly for all the pot holes your dodging on the main roads. Be prepared to drive on the wrong side of the road and the car if you live in the United States. A experience my husband LOVED and will never forget. Rent A Car is a MUST! Thompson Rental is who we used. Must eat place Blu on the Water and Yacht Club!!! We ate at the Yacht Clud twice! Will definitely return!"

"This was the first time that my husband and I have been in the Bahamas. The Exuma Islands are amazing! We are super-happy with our stay at Bella Vista. The view was beyond expectation, and the location could not have been better. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed. The staff at the Hideaways are very helpful and friendly. The packet that we received from Michael and Roseann as soon as we booked was very useful. Michael and Roseanne were always quick to reply to any questions we had before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend Bella Vista. Thank you for a great experience."
